What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that we enter into every day, usually without even realizing it. If you have ever driven in your car and arrived at your destination without realizing how much time has passed, or if you have ever been caught up in a good movie or a good book, you have experienced hypnosis. Hypnosis is what occurs when you stop analyzing and just let go.
Helping You Help Yourself
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. During hypnosis sessions, you are always fully in control. The hypnotist is just the tour guide for your mental vacation. By learning this skill, you are empowered to make whatever changes you feel you need to make in your life.

Rob will be glad to meet with you for a free consultation to determine exactly how hypnosis can help you. These consultations are available by appointment only.
Private Sessions
One-on-one private sessions with Rob are personalized for each client and customized specifically to achieve whatever goals you and Rob have agreed to work towards. Since all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, Rob asks that all clients commit to a minimum of three weekly sessions (one session per week) in order to help you learn self-hypnosis.
